Customizing the Table Columns

You can choose the type of information to display in the Jobs or Orders table.

By default, the Jobs table displays the following columns:

  1. ID
  2. Status
  3. Job Name
  4. Preflight
  5. Date Submitted
  6. Due date
  7. Customer
  8. Copies
  9. Pages
  10. Double sided
  11. Staple
  12. Hole punch
  13. Color / Black & White

The Orders table displays the following columns by default:

  1. Order ID
  2. Status
  3. Order Name
  4. Date Submitted
  5. Due date
  6. Customer
  7. Submitted by

To customize the Jobs or Orders table columns, follow these steps:
  1. On the main page, click the down arrow to select the Jobs or Orders view.
  2. Click , the tools icon.
  3. In the Jobs view, click Manage columns....
  4. In the Orders view, select either Manage job columns... or Manage order columns....
    The Manage Columns dialog opens.
  5. Choose the properties to display in columns.
  6. To display all the columns, click Select all.
  7. To change the selection, clear the Select all option and select the preferred columns again.
  8. Select at least one column name and click OK.
  9. To return to the default view, click Restore defaults.
