Editing Job Properties

With a RICOH TotalFlow Producer Advanced or Trial subscription, you can use the Job Properties Editor to specify various settings for PDF jobs, including layout, paper, finishing, and fifth station settings. You can also configure covers, slip sheets, and exception pages. All the changes are shown in real time so that you can preview the final output.
Note: Only users with a Job Manager role can edit jobs in the Job Properties Editor.
To edit job properties:
  1. In the Jobs or the Orders table, right-click a PDF job and select Edit job ticket....
    You see the Job Properties Editor dialog:
  2. Select a tab on the left to display all the available settings.
  3. Update the job properties, as required.
    You can preview the output in the panel on the right. Use the view buttons in the top-right corner to change the way the job is displayed in the preview panel.
  4. Click OK.
You can also open the Job Properties Editor from the Edit order dialog. Select one of the PDF jobs in the order and click the EDIT button under the job thumbnail.
