Working with Orders

RICOH TotalFlow Producer users with a Trial or Advanced subscription can create and manage Orders.

Orders can contain one or more files. The individual files inside the orders are called Jobs.

You can also submit Orders that do not contain any job and add the jobs later.

  1. Submitting Orders
    You can submit orders either in the RICOH TotalFlow Producer user interface or by email, using a customized email address.
  2. Editing Orders
    You can edit orders from the Orders table or any other view that displays orders.
  3. Changing Order Status
    As the jobs in an order move through their process, the status of the order updates automatically. You can also manually change the order status.
  4. Deleting Orders
    You can delete orders from the Orders table or any other view that displays orders.
