Adding Covers

You can add cover sheets to a document when you print it. You can also print on the cover sheets.
Cover sheets

The types of covers you can add depend on the imposition and finishing settings specified for the job.

Important: You cannot add covers if the imposition is set to Perfect, Perfect double, or Speed.

  1. Adding Front and Back Covers to a Job
    You can add front and back covers to jobs with Normal or Gangup imposition.
  2. Adding a Cover to a Booklet
    You can add a booklet cover to a job with Booklet or Booklet double imposition. The cover sheet wraps around the entire job forming both the front and the back cover.
  3. Adding a Cover to a Perfect Bound Job
    You can add a cover to a perfect bound document. The cover sheet wraps around the entire job, forming the front cover, the spine, and the back cover. You can also print on the cover, design the cover pages, and configure the spine.
