Changing Page Layouts

TotalFlow Prep lets you change the order and layout of the pages in the job, insert blank pages, insert other documents, set chapters, and run external programs to edit the job pages.

  1. Selecting Pages and Sheets
    You can select the pages and sheets inside the job to interact with them.
  2. Copying, Cutting, and Pasting Pages and Sheets
    You can copy or cut pages and sheets and then paste them inside the job.
  3. Deleting Pages and Sheets
    You can remove pages or sheets that are no longer required in the job.
  4. Moving Pages
    You can change the order of pages inside the job by moving them to a different location.
  5. Inserting Blank Pages and Sheets
    You can insert blank pages or blank sheets in the job.
  6. Inserting Pages from Existing or Scanned Files
    While editing a job, you can insert pages from existing files on your computer, from documents saved in jobs, or from scanned files.
