Adding a Header and Footer

You can add a header and footer to the document before you print it.

To add a header and footer:
  1. In the settings area on the right, click Page Content.

  2. In the Page Content panel, click Headers/Footers.

  3. On the Headers/Footers screen, configure the header and footer settings required for the job.
    If the job is set to print on both sides of the sheet, you can specify the same settings for both sides or different settings for the back side.

    For details about a specific setting, click the Help button to display the on-screen field help.

    Note: To undo all the changes and return to the default settings, click Reset.
  4. Click OK.
    You can preview your settings in the workspace area.
