Setting Long Paper Support

Important:

Long paper is only available if the selected printer supports Long Paper and the SP mode is enabled.
Contact your service representative for information about enabling SP mode on your printer.

To set long paper support:

Confirm that the printer is configured for long paper and the SP mode is enabled.
Go to Settings ⇒ Printer Management.
On the Printer Management screen, hover over the long paper printer that you want to set as default and click , the Set as default button.
Open a job that has long paper options defined.

Note: If the selected printer does not support long paper or SP mode has not been enabled, an error message appears and the job is automatically resized to the largest paper size available.
