Inserting Blank Sheets

You can insert blank sheets from the workspace area.
Note: This function is not available if the imposition is set to Booklet.
To insert a blank sheet:
  1. Make sure that the Sheet view is active in the workspace area.
  2. Hover over the target sheet and click Insert sheet button, the Insert sheet button.
    Important: When the blank sheet is inserted, it is placed before the target sheet.

    Note: You can also right-click the target sheet and select Insert blank sheet from the menu.
    The inserted sheet has the same paper settings as the target sheet. If the target sheet has a paper exception specified, the inserted sheet uses the paper set for the job.
