Collecting Logs Manually

If you cannot reduce the color difference in Color Sample Matching any further and you are requested to send a log, send the log files from the server computer by e-mail.

    Important:
  • Obtain the log immediately after the phenomenon occurs. The log that is required for analyzing the phenomenon cannot be obtained correctly if you restart RICOH Auto Color Adjuster or perform another operation after it occurs.

To collect logs manually:

  1. Find the log files on the server computer.
  2. Send the log files by e-mail.
