Troubleshooting (Quick Color Adjustment)
This section describes the solution when a message appears in Quick Color Adjustment or NG occurs frequently in Color Verification Results.
Close the menu screen and restart Windows when the Quick Color Adjustment screen does not appear after you click Quick Color Adjustment on the menu screen. If you still cannot open the Quick Color Adjustment screen from the menu screen, contact your service representative.
