Using the Profile to Print a Document with TotalFlow Print Server

Use the profile created by the color matching process to print documents in the colors that match the colors in the color sample.

    Note:
  • The operation procedure varies depending on the DFE that you are using. When using a DFE other than Fiery or TotalFlow Print Server, see the manual of your DFE.

  1. Start the TotalFlow Print Server using an account that has administrator rights.
  2. Click Settings ⇒ Profiles.
  3. Click Color Management ⇒ Profiles.
  4. Click the Edit button (Edit button), in CMYK input profile.
  5. Click Import ⇒ CMYK Source and Simulation.
  6. Specify the created profile, and then click Import.
  7. Specify the CMYK input profile, and then click OK.
  8. Specify the profile that has been created.
    The profile is imported to the TotalFlow Print Server.
  9. Specify the imported profile in CMYK input profile of the print setting.
  10. In other fields, specify the same settings that you specified when printing the document data before performing color matching.
  11. Print the document.
