Collecting Logs Using the Settings Dialog

This section describes the procedure to collect logs using the Settings dialog of the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster.

    Note:
  • You can collect log files from the Settings dialog if an issue occurs once you launch the main application dialog or while using the Settings dialog.
  • If an issue occurs while using the Quick Color Adjustment, Color Sample Matching, or Colorimetry dialogs, use LogCollector to collect the log files. For more information, see Collecting Logs Using LogCollector.
  • The log files do not include any data or personal information that can be used to identify a specific individual.
