Cutting, Copying, and Pasting Text

After you add text to a page you can cut, copy, and paste it using the right-click menu.
Note: Text that is copied to the system clipboard can be pasted into the text box on the current page or into text boxes on other pages.
To cut, copy, or paste text:
  1. Click in the text box and highlight the text to select it.
  2. Right-click and select Cut or Copy from the menu.
    • Use Cut if you want to remove the text and paste it in another text box.

    • Use Copy if you want to copy the text and paste it to other text boxes.

  3. Go to the target text box, right-click, and select Paste to paste the text.
    Note: Use the Delete or Backspace keys to delete text.
