Installing the January 2026 patch package

This patch fixes an issue that affects SSL settings after you install or upgrade a feature.
To install the January 2026 patch package:
  1. Follow this procedure: Downloading security updates. In step 4, find and download the RICOH ProcessDirector™ Patches for 3.13 package.
  2. Unzip the package and find the file: server_execute.pl
  3. Move or copy server_execute.pl into this location on the primary server:
    • Linux:/opt/infoprint/ippd/bin
    • Windows:<Install Directory>/bin

    This action overwrites the existing version of server_execute.pl.
