Working with Orders

If you have a RICOH TotalFlow Producer Advanced subscription, you can submit orders that contain one or more files.

In this section:

  1. Creating Orders
    The orders you create in RICOH TotalFlow Producer can contain one or more files, or can be empty. The individual files are called jobs.
  2. Deleting Orders
    You can delete orders from the Orders table or any other view that displays orders.
  3. Changing Order Status
    As the jobs in an order move through their process, the status of the order updates automatically. You can also manually change the order status.
