User Interface

The RICOH TotalFlow Producer application lets you receive and submit jobs and orders and track and manage jobs.

RICOH TotalFlow Producer authorized users can access the user interface from any system that is connected to the Internet and has a supported browser installed.

You can log in to RICOH TotalFlow Producer with the latest versions of these web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

The main areas of RICOH TotalFlow Producer interface are:

  • The system notifications area, where you can see information such as:

In this section:

  1. Banner
    The banner is the black bar at the top of the user interface. It is available from all pages in the interface.
  2. RICOH TotalFlow Producer Home Page
    The main RICOH TotalFlow Producer page shows a table that can display all the jobs and orders in the system and an applications bar that you can use to send jobs to hot folders, printers, or other applications.
  3. PDF Editor Page
    The PDF Editor lets you make last minute changes in the PDF files before sending them to be printed. You can make various types of annotations: hide text, reorder pages, add notes, highlights, drawings, signatures, and more.
  4. Main Page - Account Administration
    When you log in to RICOH Account Administration or return to it from a different application, you see the main page with one of the tabs open.
