User Interface

The RICOH TotalFlow Producer application lets you receive and submit jobs and orders and track and manage jobs.

RICOH TotalFlow Producer authorized users can access the user interface from any system that is connected to the Internet and has a supported web browser installed.

You can log in to RICOH TotalFlow Producer with the latest versions of these web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

The main areas of the RICOH TotalFlow Producer user interface are:

  • The system notification area, where you can see information about the latest RICOH Cloud Connector version available for download when the version registered to your account is not up-to-date or is not supported anymore.
  • The RICOH TotalFlow Producer banner.
  • The RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page.

In this section:

  1. Banner
    The banner is the black bar at the top of the user interface. It is available from all pages in the interface.
  2. RICOH TotalFlow Producer Main Page
    The main RICOH TotalFlow Producer page shows a table that can display all the orders and jobs in the system. On the right side of the page there is an applications bar that you can use to send jobs to hot folders, printers, or other applications.
  3. Job Properties Editor
    The Job Properties Editor lets you configure and view PDF jobs before you send them to a printer. You can specify various settings, including layout, paper, finishing, and fifth station settings. You can also configure covers, slip sheets, and exception pages. All the changes are shown in real time so that you can preview the final output.
  4. PDF Editor
    The PDF Editor lets you make last-minute changes in the PDF files before sending them to be printed. For example, you can reorder pages, hide text, or add comments, highlights, drawings, and signatures.
  5. RICOH Account Administration Main Page
    When you log in to RICOH Account Administration or return to it from a different application, you see the main page with one of the tabs open.
