Disabling Automatic Preflight

With a RICOH TotalFlow Producer Trial or Advanced subscription, submitted files are automatically preflighted using an embedded profile or the custom profile set as default, but you can disable this option.
Note: To disable automatic preflight, you must have a user with a Job Manager role.
  1. On the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page, click , the Preflight icon, on the right.

  2. Click , the Default preflight settings button.

  3. Clear the Automatically preflight all new jobs using the profile below. option.
  4. Click OK.
The new jobs are not preflighted unless you manually preflight them.
