Disabling Automatic Preflight

With RICOH TotalFlow Producer Advanced subscription, submitted files are automatically preflighted using an embedded profile, but you can disable this option.
To disable automatic preflight, you must have a Preflight or Preflight Premium add-on subscription.
  1. On the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page, click , the Preflight Application icon on the right.
    The Preflight panel opens.
  2. Click .
    The Default preflight settings dialog opens.

  3. Clear the Automatically preflight all new jobs using the profile below. option.
  4. Click OK.
The new jobs are not preflighted unless you manually preflight them.
