Editing Files with Document Editor

After a job is received in RICOH TotalFlow Producer, you can edit the job file by adding, deleting, rotating, or moving pages. Also, you can import documents and add them to the original file.

To use the Document Editor, you must have a RICOH TotalFlow Producer Advanced subscription and a user with Job Manager access.

To edit a PDF job file with the Document Editor:
  1. Right-click a PDF job and select View and edit PDF....
    The PDF Editor opens.
  2. Click , the Document Editor icon.
  3. To select certain pages that you want to move, rotate, delete, or duplicate, click the respective pages. To clear the selection, click the pages again.
  4. Clicking , the More options icon, opens a menu where you can choose to undo or redo an action, select all the pages, or reset the selection.
  5. To save the changes and close the document editor, click Save.
