Grouping Jobs and Orders

For a clearer view on the jobs and orders in RICOH TotalFlow Producer, you can choose how the jobs and orders are arranged in the Jobs and Orders table, using the jobs grouping functionality.
To change the grouping of the jobs and orders;
  1. On the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page, click the down arrow beside the table title.
  2. Choose the grouping method according to your needs.
