- Defining the reply-to address for automated emails When creating or editing a customer account, you can specify the reply-to email address included in emails sent by RICOH TotalFlow Cloud to users associated with that customer.
- Enabling or Disabling Office ConversionOffice Conversion is a BETA feature that converts Microsoft Office files to PDF before further processing, either automatically or on demand.
