Specifies the name of the no-service period.
Format:
- Length
- Up to 32 characters (bytes)
- Restrictions
- Case-sensitive; can contain blanks and periods; cannot contain these characters: ! # $ & ( ) * + , / : ?
- Database name
- NonProduction.ID
