Download capture files from server
Specifies if the capture archive should only be created on the server or should also
be downloaded to the user's file system.
Values:
- Yes (default)
- The capture file is downloaded to the user's file system.
- No
- The capture archive is not be downloaded.
- Database name
- WorkflowSystem.DownloadCapture
