Job destination
Specifies the name of the job destination. RICOH ProcessDirector uses this value to schedule the job to a printer that has the same destination value
assigned to its Printer destination property.

Job destination can be set in several ways. For example, Download for z/OS can transmit the DEST JCL parameter and value, it can be set by a workflow, or it can be set in the property notebook for the job.
