AI response

Specifies how and where the AI response to the prompt is saved.

Values:

Job property (default)
The AI response is saved as the value of a job property. When you select Job property, choose the property from the list.
File
The AI response is saved in a file. You can use RICOH ProcessDirector symbol notation or specify the path for saving the file.

Database name
Job.AI.ResultsOption

Usage notes:

  • The job property must accept string values. If the AI response is not compatible with the property data type or exceeds the maximum length of the selected job property, the job moves to an error state.
  • If no existing property meets your requirements, create a custom job property with a string data type and a sufficient character limit.
