Specifying Basic Authentication

Change these settings when you change the user ID for displaying the Management Console page from aca-user and when you change the password from user.
  1. If the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster application is not displayed, double-click the RICOH desktop icon (RICOH icon) to start it.
  2. In the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster dialog, select the Settings button (Settings button).
  3. Select Basic Authentication ⇒ Change.
  4. In New User Name, enter a new user name using from 1 to 64 single-byte alphanumeric characters.
  5. In New Password and New Password (Confirm), enter a new password using from 8 to 64 single-byte alphanumeric characters.
  6. Select OK.
