Specifying Basic Authentication

Change these settings when you change the user ID for displaying the Management Console screen from aca-user and when you change the password from user.
  1. If the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster menu screen is not displayed, start the application using the RICOH icon (RICOH icon) on the desktop.
  2. Click the Machine Settings button (Machine Settings button).Settings button in the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster main dialog
  3. Click Basic Authentication ⇒ Change.Changing the Basic Authentication settings
  4. In New User Name, enter a new user name using 1 to 64 single-byte alphanumeric characters.
  5. In New Password and New Password (Confirm), enter a new password using 8 to 64 single-byte alphanumeric characters.
  6. Click OK.
