When an Error Occurs in the Scanned Result
When an error is displayed in Scanned Result after scanning the color chart for colorimetry, check the error code, and operate
as required.

0402000C | An error occurred on the machine. | Check the message and operate as required.

0403000C | Failed to scan the chart. | Scan the chart again. If the error persists, reprint the chart in the center of the paper, and then scan the reprinted chart. |
00010006 | The measurement result file is not output after you scan a custom chart. This problem occurs because the ID of the scanned chart does not match the ID of the chart you select for scanning in the Colorimetry dialog. | Scan a chart whose chart ID matches the ID of the chart you select for scanning in the Colorimetry dialog. |
020F0007 | After you select the destination folder for saving the measurement result file, the Specify a destination folder to save. field is blank again. | Select the destination folder again. If the error persists, contact your service representative. |
