Errors in the Scanned Result
If an error is displayed in the Scanned Result column after you scan the color chart for colorimetry, check the error code, and
operate as required.

| 02010007 | The destination folder is deleted. | In the Colorimetry Measurements dialog, select the correct folder in the File Location field. |
| 02020008 | A file with the same name exists in the destination folder. |

| 0402000C | A scanner error occurred. | Check the message and operate as required.
For details, see Desktop Application Errors. Fix the error. Then, restart the scanner and your operating system. |
| 0403000C | Failed to scan the chart. | Scan the chart again. If the error persists, reprint the chart in the center of the paper, and then scan the reprinted chart. |
| 00010006 | The measurement result file is not output after you scan a custom chart.
This problem occurs because the ID of the scanned chart does not match the ID of the chart you select for scanning in the Colorimetry dialog. |
