Initial Settings Pages
This section describes the settings that can be found on each page and dialog opened
from the Initial Settings section.
- 1. Add Chart
- Select to register the new chart. The Add/Edit Chart dialog is displayed. For more information, see Settings in the Add/Edit Chart Dialog.
- 2. Edit Chart
- To change the registered chart, select the chart to be changed, and then select this button. The Add/Edit Chart dialog is displayed. For more information, see Settings in the Add/Edit Chart Dialog.
- 3. Delete Chart
- To delete the registered chart, select the chart to be deleted, and then select the Delete Chart button.
- 4. Details
- To confirm the detailed information about the chart, select the chart to confirm, then select the Details button. You can confirm the information such as the file name of the chart to be used in Quick Color Adjustment.
- 5. Manage Location
- Select to create or delete the location to register the chart. The Manage Location page is displayed. Create locations when managing printers by site, etc. For more information, see Manage Location .
- 6. Manage Printer
- Select to add, change, or delete a printer. The Manage Printer page is displayed. For more information, see Manage Printer .
- 7. Manage Paper
- Select to add, edit, or delete a paper. The Manage Paper page is displayed. For more information, see Manage Paper .
- 8. Management Console/ Initial Settings
- Switches between the Management Console page and the Initial Settings page.
- 9. Language button ()
- Changes the display language. Japanese, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian can be selected.
- 10. Help button ()
- Select the Help button to display the help system.
- 11. Set Threshold
- Select to specify the judgement criteria of Quick Color Adjustment. The Set Threshold page is displayed. The threshold cannot be specified for each location or printer separately. For more information, see Settings on the Set Threshold Page.
- 12. Miscellaneous
- Select to specify the default value of the chart to display on the Management Console page and the destination to which to save the profile. The Miscellaneous dialog is displayed. For more information, see Settings in the Miscellaneous Dialog.
- 13. List of charts
- The list contains the created charts and their settings.
