When You Cannot Start Machine Settings

This section describes the actions to be taken when the Machine Settings screen is not displayed and no message appears after clicking the Machine Settings button (Machine Settings button) in the menu.
Cause Resolution
The Machine Settings application is corrupted or has been deleted.
  • Close the menu screen, and then start the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster again.
  • Restart Windows.
An error occurred in the communication between the machine and the computer.
  • If the machine is turned off, turn it on. If the machine is turned on, restart it.
  • Make sure that the machine and the computer are connected using two USB cables.
