Displaying the Initial Settings Page

Enter the IP address and port number of the computer in the address bar of the web browser to access the Initial Settings page.
To display the Initial Settings page:
  1. Start the computer connected to the machine via USB cables.
  2. Confirm the IP address and port number of the server.
    1. If the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster application is not displayed, double-click the RICOH desktop icon (RICOH icon) to start it.
    2. In the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster dialog, select the Settings button (Settings button).
    3. In the left pane, select Auto Color Adjuster Server Settings, and check the IP Address and the Port Number.
    4. Select Go Back to Initial Screen, and close the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster dialog.
  3. Open a web browser, and then enter the IP address and port number in the address bar.
      Note:
    • Enter the IP address and port number in the form of https://(IP Address):(port number). Do not omit the colon (:) and periods (.). If the port number is "80", you can omit ":" and the port number.
  4. Enter the user name and password.
      Note:
    • The default user name and password are as follows:
      • User name: aca-user
      • Password: user
    The Management Console page is displayed.
  5. In the title bar, select Initial Settings.
    The Initial Settings page is displayed.
      Note:
    • You can access the Initial Settings from the other computers running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version ( 2004 or higher) in the network. Enter the IP address and port number confirmed in step in the address bar of the web browser.
    • When using a client computer in the configuration with multiple machines, ask the administrator for the IP address and port number of the server.
