Troubleshooting (Color Sample Matching)

This section describes solutions when messages appear in Color Sample Matching. It also describes the procedure for improving the quality of color reproducibility.

  • If a paper jam or another problem occurs on the machine, or if one of the application functions fails to start, see:
  • If the Color Sample Matching dialog does not appear, and no message is displayed when you select Color Sample Matching in the application menu, close the application. Then restart your system. If you still cannot display the Color Sample Matching dialog, contact your service representative.
