Troubleshooting (Color Sample Matching)
This section describes solutions when messages appear in Color Sample Matching. It also describes the procedure for improving the quality of color reproducibility.
- See below when a paper jam or other problem occurs on the machine, or when starting up an application fails.
- If the Color Sample Matching screen does not appear, and no message is displayed when you click Color Sample Matching in the menu screen, close the menu screen, and restart Windows. If you still cannot display the Color Sample Matching screen, contact your service representative.
