Using the Color Sample Matching Function
This function prints a document on paper while matching the colors in the original
to the colors of the printed color sample. This section describes the procedure of
matching the colors when using a single-page document.
Prerequisites
- It is recommended to perform image density adjustment in advance.
- The printer: The size of the paper put in the tray matches the paper size of the PDF, and there are no errors.
- The red indicator on the machine is not lit.
- The computer connected to the machine: The desktop RICOH Auto Color Adjuster application is started, and no other applications are running. For details, see Displaying the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster Menu.
- Original Data: Select data that can be used in Color Sample Matching. For details, see Color Sample Matching.
- Printed color sample: Print the color sample on paper with the same size as the size of the PDF.
