Troubleshooting Quick Color Adjustment Errors

This section describes solutions for color adjustment or color verification errors that might occur when using the Quick Color Adjustment function.

Close the application and restart Windows if the Quick Color Adjustment dialog does not appear after you select Quick Color Adjustment in the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster dialog. If you still cannot open the Quick Color Adjustment dialog from the application menu, contact your service representative.
