Setting a Password for License Management

Use this section to set a password for accessing the cloud page where you can manage the application licenses.

    Important:
  • When you receive a message that your password expires, follow the instructions to receive an email notification. If you cannot sign in to the cloud page using the instructions in the received email notification, contact your service representative.

  1. Open the email notification sent to the administrator and select Sign in to your account.
  2. Enter the Email and Password, then select SIGN IN.
      Note:
    • You can find the password in the email notification.
  3. In the New Password field, enter a new password. The password must be at least eight characters long, and include at least an upper and a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
  4. Enter the same password in the Confirm password field, then select Change password.
  5. Select the UserUser button button.
  6. Select Sign out.
      Note:
    • After you set your own password, you receive periodic email reminders for changing your password regularly.
    • Use the set password to access the cloud page where you can manage the application licenses. For more information, see Activating the Application License.
