Registering a Password for Connecting to the Cloud for License Management

    Important:
  • When you receive a message that your password expires, follow the displayed instructions to receive the notification email. If you cannot sign in to the cloud from the notification email that you receive, contact your service representative.

  1. Open the notification email sent to the administrator and select Sign in to your account.
  2. Enter the Email and Password, then select SIGN IN.
      Note:
    • See the notification email for the password.
  3. In New Password, enter a password that is eight characters or longer, and includes an upper and lowercase letter, number, and special character.
  4. Enter the password again in Confirm password, then select Change password.
  5. Select the User button (User button).
  6. Select Sign out.
      Note:
    • You will receive emails reminding you to change the password periodically even after you register a password.
    • The specified password is used when accessing the cloud to manage the licenses. For more information, see Activating the Application License.
