Registering a Password for Connecting to the Cloud for License Management

  • When a message notifying you of the expiration of the password appears, follow the instructions displayed on the screen for the notification e-mail to be sent. If you cannot sign in to the cloud from the notification e-mail that is sent, contact your service representative.

  1. Open the notification e-mail sent to the administrator and click Sign in to your account.
  2. Enter the Email and Password, and click SIGN IN.
    • See the notification e-mail for the password.
  3. In New Password, enter a password that is eight characters or longer, and includes an upper and lower case letter, number, and special character.
  4. Enter the password again in Confirm password and click Change password.
  5. Click the User button (User button).
  6. Click Sign out.
    • You will receive emails reminding you to change the password periodically even after you register a password.
    • The specified password is used when accessing the cloud to manage the licenses. For more information, see Activating the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster .
