Use this procedure to view the instruction manuals.
Displaying the Setup Guide and User's Guide in PDF Format

  • Click Start ⇒ All ⇒ RICOH TotalFlow Prep, and then click either Setup Guide or User's Guide.

Displaying the User’s Guide in HTML Format

  • The HTML version of the User’s Guide is available directly from the user interface. Start the application, and then click Help ⇒ TotalFlow Prep Help.
