Using output bins

For IPDS jobs, the user has to specify the job-finishing attribute. The user does not have to specify an output bin to have the finishing operation done.

For PostScript jobs, if the output bin is selected, a finishing option for the output bin must be specified. If the user does not specify a finishing option for the selected output bin then the printer will reject the job. If the output bin is set to Shift Tray then there is no need to specify a finishing option.
