The lpdmap.txt file included

InfoPrint Manager for Windows now includes a lpdmap.txt file that is installed in install_path\var\pd\lpd. Before the file is installed, InfoPrint Manager makes a backup copy of the existing lpdmap.txt file. If you have modified your version of the lpdmap.txt file, you must merge the changes from the backup copy into the lpdmap.txt file.
