    Note:
  • When you want to copy a logical destination without the associated initial value jobs and initial value documents, select the Copy command from the Logical menu in the InfoPrint Manager Administration GUI. The new logical destination is associated with a new initial value job object and all the attributes are set to default values. If you want to copy the logical destination with all the objects associated to it, select Logical -> Job and Document Defaults -> Copy. The new logical destination objects contain the job and document defaults as the original logical destination.
  • Selected jobs are released in the same order that they are listed in the interface.
  • When you add a form in the interface, it only shows up in the list of available forms after a job has been run with that specific form.

For example, if you associate the form Letter with Job 1, Letter will not display in the Printer → Change Forms or Job → Change Forms drop-down lists until after Job 1 has completed.
