Printing from the LAN and the host: option two

A medium-sized company wants to print to a pool of three InfoPrint 60 printers from both their iSeries system and the local LAN. Print jobs can come from either place at any time of day. In fact, the company would like to keep the connection between the host system and the print queue open all the time. They decide to use DPF to submit their host print jobs because the host receiver can be connected to InfoPrint Manager constantly without completely taking over a printer. The InfoPrint Manager queue can accept both LAN and host print jobs as they arrive and print them in order of priority.
