The search order for CMRs

InfoPrint Manager searches for CMRs in different locations and in a different order than it uses for other AFP resources.

InfoPrint Manager searches for CMRs in these locations in this order:

  1. Inline objects
  2. The path specified by the resource-context-presentation-object-container document attribute
  3. The path specified by the resource-context document attribute
  4. The path specified by the PSFPATH environment variable
  5. The path specified by the resource-context-presentation-object-container actual destination attribute
  6. The path specified by the resource-context actual destination attribute
  7. The system dependant library:
    $$ENV_PDRESLIB
    Note:
  1. InfoPrint searches for CMRs using the UTF-16 name provided in the data stream.
  2. If a CMR changes after a job prints, recycle the actual destination by disabling and enabling the connection.
