Workflow Annotations

Annotations are movable and resizable, so you can reposition them anywhere on the workflow canvas. You can also bring them to the front or send them behind the steps, step chains, and connectors.

You can change the color of each annotation to visually group them or distinguish between different types of information.

Each annotation can be expanded or collapsed. When collapsed, you can hover over an annotation to see the content, the user who created and last modified the annotation. When expanded, the annotation displays the full content.

Annotations can be saved as part of a step chain too if you need to add comments or instructions specific to the selected steps.

Also, you can set the annotations to be visible only to some security groups, allowing internal notes to be managed without exposing the information to everyone.
