You can control the objects that are displayed in the Printers, Workflows, All Jobs, Papers, and Users pods by defining a filter.
For example, you can filter the All Jobs pod for values such as Name, Requested printer, and Status.
To set a user-defined filter:
- In the title bar of the pod, click the bar area next to the search icon.

The pod shows only objects that have the value that you entered for any of their properties.Note: If you enter a text string, it matches job values that contain the text string. For example, a matches
cab, and so on.
- To remove the filter, close the filter definition area.
