Changing Job Options

This section lets you see and edit basic information about the print job.
To access the job options:
  1. Open Job Properties Editor.
  2. Click Job Setup on the left side of the screen.
  3. Use the options displayed to customize the job.

    You can edit the basic information about the job.
  2. Editing the Variable Data Settings
    Using the Variable Data Printing data formats, you can print personalized documents containing records.
  3. Setting the Job Priority
    Specifies the priority of the job.
  4. Setting the Job Store Options
    Specifies whether the job is stored, and if so for how long.
  5. Substituting a Font
    You can select to substitute a requested font if it is not found.
  6. Setting a Different Imposition for a Range of Pages
    You can choose a different imposition for a page range.
  7. Selecting Printer Presets
    Specifies the printer preset used to print the job.
  8. Selecting Printer Features
    Specifies the printer features used to print the job.
  9. Selecting the Postflight Options
    You can find out why a printed job does not deliver the expected color output.
