Creating a Backup of the ColorGATE Productionserver License File
Create a backup of the ColorGATE Productionserver license file before replacing the computer that is connected to the machine.
- To cancel the license, contact the ColorGATE customer service.
- Select .
- Select Release, and then select Close after the license has been released.
- Right-click Start and select File Explorer.
- Open the
C:\ProgramData\ColorGATE Software\Productionserver23\ACDB
folder, and check that a file with the extension ACDB is stored in the folder. - Return to the
C:\ProgramData\ColorGATE Software\Productionserver23\ACDB
folder, and save the ACDB folder. - Install the application on the new computer, and connect the device.
