Creating a Backup of the ColorGATE Productionserver License File

Create a backup of the ColorGATE Productionserver license file before replacing the computer that is connected to the machine.

To cancel the license, contact the ColorGATE customer service.
Select Start ⇒ Productionserver23 ⇒ Productionserver23 - Revoke License.
Select Release, and then select Close after the license has been released.
Right-click Start and select File Explorer.
Open the C:\ProgramData\ColorGATE Software\Productionserver23\ACDB folder, and check that a file with the extension ACDB is stored in the folder.
Return to the C:\ProgramData\ColorGATE Software\Productionserver23\ACDB folder, and save the ACDB folder.
Install the application on the new computer, and connect the device.
