Specifying the System Environment Variables

Add the path to GPL Ghostscript to the system environment variables of Windows 10.

To specify the system environment variables:

  1. Click Start ⇒ Settings.
  2. Enter env in the input box, and then click Edit the system environment variables from the options that appear.Searching for the [Edit the system environment variables] option
  3. Click Environment Variables.
  4. Double-click Path under System variables.Selecting [Path] from the Environment Variables list
  5. Click New, and then enter C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.27\bin.
      Note:
    • You can specify the file by clicking New ⇒ Browse... ⇒ This PC in this order.
  6. Click New, and then enter C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.27\lib.Editing the Environment Variables list
  7. Click OK twice, and then close the Settings screen.
