How to Use the Quick Color Adjustment Screen
To display the Quick Color Adjustment screen, click Quick Color Adjustment on the computer.
You can view the working status of the profile registration process. You can also
check the result of Post-judgement.
- 1. Machine Status
- Displays the status of the machine.
- 2. Scan
- Click here to scan the color chart for creating a profile.
- 3. Chart Scan/Profile Creation and Registration
- Displays the status of each printer. Up to 1,000 statuses are displayed. Any older
statuses exceeding 1,000 are deleted in chronological order.
- Printer Name: Machine name.
- Paper Name: Name of the paper registered to the printer in Initial Settings.
- Pre-judgement: Deviation on A Page/Between Pages, and the time and result of judgement on the maximum density of CMYK.
- Create Profile: Status of creating a profile and the time it was updated.
- Register Profile to DFE: Status of registering a profile and the time it was updated.
After you scan a color chart for creating a profile, the process proceeds in the following order: Pre-judgement, Create Profile, and then Register Profile to DFE.
- 4. Error
- Displays a message when an error occurs during a color adjustment process.
- 5. Color Verification Results
- Displays the most recent result of evaluating the adjusted colors on each printer.
Up to 1,000 judgement results are displayed. Any older results exceeding 1,000 are
deleted in chronological order.
- Machine Name: Printer name.
- Paper Name: Name of the paper registered to the printer in Initial Settings.
- Verification: Post-judgement result.
- Ave.: Value of the average color deviation (up to first decimal place).
- Max.: Value of the maximum color deviation (up to first decimal place).
- Details: Displays the Post-judgement details.
