Daemon utilities for InfoPrint Manager for AIX or InfoPrint Manager for Linux

InfoPrint Manager has some special utilities for starting daemons. Daemons are often called by the same name as the utility that starts them. For example, the daemon that receives data from Download for z/OS is called the mvsprsd daemon, or simply mvsprsd.
