Resources distributor

You use the Resources distributor dialog to copy resources within the directory structure of InfoPrint Manager Transform Feature. You can copy a single resource or an archive of multiple resources.

Transform Servers

This field lists the transform servers where the resources will be copied. This is an informational field that you cannot make changes to.

Use the slider on the right side of the field to move the contents up and down.

Transforms

This field lists the transforms that you can copy resources for.

When you select a transform, the contents of the Resources Type field changes.

Use the slider on the right side of the field to move the contents up and down.

Resources Type

This field lists the resources types for the selected transform.

Select the resource type that matches the file to be copied.

Use the slider on the right side of the field to move the contents up and down.

Resources File

This field lists the file to be copied that you select with the Browse button.

Click Browse to select the file to be copied.

The file can be a single resource file or an archive file with a file type of .tgz or .zip.

Archive

You use this field to specify if the file to be copied is an archive file.

From the list, click Yes if you are copying an archive file or click No if you are copying a single resource file.

The Transform Feature unpacks the archive file and copies the contents to the selected transform's resources directory. A single resource file is copied to the selected transform's resource directory.

Existing Files

This field lists what action to take when a resource file already exists on a machine.

Select an action from the list:

Fail
Before copying any files, the Transform Feature checks to see if any files would be overwritten by the copy process. When Fail is selected, resource copying ends and you see message EJZ00228E.
Skip
A resource file is copied only if it does not already exist.
Overwrite
A resource file is copied and overwrites a file with the same name if it already exists.
