Backing up InfoPrint Manager for Linux
If you want to back up InfoPrint Manager for Linux, you should back up these directories:
(if used)/ipdata
/usr/lpp/psf/config
- Any file systems that begin with the path
/var/pd/
* /var/pddir
- Any file systems that begin with the path
/var/psf/
* /var/spool/lpd
/var/lib/pd/fst.ports
/etc/rc.pd.servers
/etc/services
When you install InfoPrint Manager for Linux, InfoPrint Manager backs up several files in the /tmp/InfoPrintManager-<IPM_VERSION>-baklist-<DATE>.tar.gz
archive. The archive operation output is recorded to /tmp/InfoPrintManager-<{IPM_VERSION>-baklist-<DATE>.log
. If you are reinstalling InfoPrint Manager, both files are moved to the /var/pd/baklist
directory.
