Printing impacts
Print jobs will be impacted in certain circumstances. Since the printers and job types vary, the impact is unique with each implementation of InfoPrint Manager and a high availability solution. The high availability application remounts all shared directories where spooled jobs are located and in certain circumstances, InfoPrint Manager reprints jobs. Ricoh does not guarantee recovery of jobs that are currently printing.
Note: The exact high availability failover timing depends on the unique configuration for
the customer location.
