Allowed Values

The value you specify is in the form nnnn.nnnu.

nnnn.nnn is a number that can optionally contain a decimal point.

u is the units in inches (i) or millimeters (m) or points (p). If you do not specify a unit, the default unit is pels. You cannot use a decimal point when the unit is pels or points.

For 240-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 120 - 1200 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points

For 300-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 150 - 1500 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points

For 480-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 240 - 2400 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points

For 600-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 300 - 3000 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points

For 720-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 360 - 3600 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points

For 1200-pel resolution printers, valid values are:

  • 600 - 6000 pels
  • 0.5 - 5 inches
  • 12.7-127 millimeters
  • 36-360 points
If you specify 0, the transform will not use the text threshold.

Usage Guidelines

  • Use this attribute to set the single cell threshold for images.
  • An out-of-range nonzero value causes an error at rip time, and the job is not processed.
  • This only applies to InfoPrint 4100 model printers. If this attribute is set on a different printer model, the job fails at rip time.
